Who is this NOT for?
This program will not be successful if you or your team aren’t ready to try new things, experiment, or invest in your future, or not willing to ask questions, get feedback from peers or coaching on mindset or blocks.

But you probably wouldn’t be looking at this if you fit that description.

It’s also not for those who want a "quick fix," continue to do it all themselves or don’t want to involve key people in learning, planning and implementing the solutions.

Don’t bother applying if you don’t want to do whatever it takes to make changes and improve your business.

FAQ- Frequency Asked Questions

Is this an online program?

Several delivery options are available, including a hybrid coaching program that includes some  in-person, plus weekly group training and coaching conducted via Zoom.

The 90-Day Planning Workshop will be held in-person in Buffalo New York with an option for virtual attendance via Zoom. 

We also offer additional in-person private coaching at locations within 150 miles of Buffalo NY. 

How will I get personalized coaching?

We have several levels of support. 

Group: For those that enroll in our group coaching program, the program has weekly group meetings for training, coaching, and Q&A.

For group members, your team will also receive private strategy sessions with coach Diana Southall, based on your package level.

Private: For those that qualify, private weekly or monthly coaching is available with Diana Southall via Zoom or in WNY. She also has very limited travel availability for on-site private coaching.

Office Hours: All clients have access to open "office hours" - time blocks set aside for you to pre-schedule a private 15-minute Zoom call to get coaching and feedback on your projects.

Which coaching level of support is best for us?

In order to recommend the best level of support for your business, we ask that you fill out our quick application and schedule a quick call with head coach Diana Southall.

Once she learns a bit more about your business structure, team and goals, she will recommend the most effective options for your participation and program success.

Who on my team should participate in the program?

We recommend that you bring your key people- up to 3 participants are included in the base coaching program.

During your application call, coach Diana Southall will recommend who to invite.

What is the program investment?

We will discuss the options during your application call.

The program investment varies based on your team participants and the number and location of optional private coaching and planning sessions.

Our program is designed for at least 5x ROI-  if we cannot outline how this performance system will increase your profits five times the investment, then this program is not a good fit for you.

When can we start?

Private coaching implementation, we will discuss your goals and outline a project timeline based on mutual availability.

Group program:

Our group cohort is tentatively starting in September 2023.

Cohorts will launch with a minimum of 5 companies (enough peers for our coaching calls) -- if there are signups before that date we can start even sooner.

The maximium group size will be 28 participants or 10 companies.

The Group Accelerator program extends for 12 weeks of full sessions and weekly support.

How do I apply?

During your meeting, she will find out more about your business and team, and will recommended a program with the level of support to reach your goals.

How much time will this take each week?

We expect our program participants to attend  regularly scheduled coaching sessions. In addition, participants typically commit about 2 hours per week to work with your team on customizing and implementing your projects in-house. 

Our "Love it or Leave It" Guarantee

If -in the first 60 days- you show up and do your “homework,” and are not satisfied with this program, notify us and give us 14 days to address your concerns. If you still decide it's not meeting your needs,  we will refund your investment, and you can keep any completed worksheets or training materials with our compliments and we will part as friends.
